Troubleshooting tips

Restart the app

Fully close VolleyNet (swipe it away from the app switcher) and reopen it. This clears most temporary glitches.

Update to the latest version

Open the App Store and check for VolleyNet updates. Many issues are fixed in the newest release.

Check your connection

Make sure you have a stable Wi-Fi or cellular signal. Toggling Airplane Mode on and off can reset a flaky connection.
